I'm checking if the Ryzen 7 fits with your current Ryzen 3 setup. Just confirming compatibility before upgrading.

It should work as long as you're not switching between different Ryzen generations; however, updating the BIOS is necessary if you are upgrading.

I've been testing a build using the b450m steel legend with a 3700x. Despite updates, I'm still facing stability problems. Even after installing the latest BIOS, new M.2 drive, 750W EVGA P2, 32GB Trident Z Neo 3600MHz, and XFX Thicc II 5500X, the display keeps crashing and the reset button doesn't work. All indicators remain functional. I'm being careful—swapping to another identical board didn't fix the issue.
