I purchased Arkham Knight on Steam today during a Warner Brothers Weekend Sale. I'm wondering if my PC can run it with these specifications: Intel i5 4440 at 3.1GHz, Nvidia GTX 960, 4GB RAM, AMP! Edition by ZOTAC, 8GB RAM, H81M-S1 from Gigabyte. Before I'm judged (lol), I've watched videos on YouTube, but most are in languages I don't understand and the text or settings aren't in English either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Community.

Many people criticized the performance boost at launch, but it ran smoothly at 60 frames per second on high settings with my GTX 970. You should be okay with a bit lower settings. It might be worth giving it another shot and returning it if it doesn’t work.

Yes, thank you. I noticed a friend playing it on an AMD HD 7770 at low settings for around 60 FPS. Most of the content was smooth, though there were occasional drops to 50 FPS, which is fine for me.

Others faced significant challenges with more advanced hardware than yours, while others didn’t. Even during initial testing, performance varied between users, indicating insufficient attention to quality assurance. If you’ve already purchased it, why not test it yourself? If it doesn’t perform well, consider a refund. Your system specifications are adequate, though you likely won’t run it at full capacity. As mentioned earlier, the game’s issues appeared more related to chance than hardware power. You might still encounter problems with a Titan X.

You can run it on your device, but expect occasional slowdowns in frame rate during fast movements like racing through the Batmobile or navigating the city. It should still work fine.

I was playing this tonight and was about an hour in. My setup is an i5 4690 with a GTX970 at around 1400Mhz, not even hitting the stock turbo. I'm using 1080p high quality, which makes sense since it usually runs at the lowest I've seen—50-65 fps, sometimes a bit higher during intense moments. (NvidiaWorks shows smoke as FPS drops to near 35-40 in some cases, but still visible.) I've been tweaking the detail settings in the options, lowering the view distance so I'm not rendering beyond what I can see. My target is 31-50 fps, with an average of 35-40 fps depending on the scene at 1600p. It looks good and should run smoothly on a 1060 if needed. The only thing to note is my CPU usage wasn't checked, so I can't confirm how it's handling the load. This game might still be pretty rough on some systems—results can vary a lot. (Hopefully, it's better than what came out of the box.)

I have a 960, that's pretty cool. My benchmarks indicate 55 to 60 frames per second. I'm using a 1366 x 768 bmonitor, but my TV is more suited for family viewing, so I can't get the 1080p experience. I think running at lower resolutions would work better and the test results seemed to confirm that. Thanks for your help!
