Checked various benchmarks on YouTube using the 5060 with full squad and high difficulty. It performed well at 70-90fps on high settings and 1080p native resolution. However, at 1440p and 4K, it really struggled.

There are configurations available for xess, dlss, etc., but in another section there was an option about resolution scaling. Experimenting with it also made a difference, especially for the b580.

You may only have PCIe 4 available, and I'm unsure if your i5 11400 will cause a bottleneck with the 5060.
