Hello, I recently upgraded my PC and have some doubts about matching my RAM with the motherboard. Motherboard: GIGABYTE B650-DS3H RAM: GSKILL RIPJAWS 16x2GB CL36 Problems: 1. I purchased it from a reputable local shop instead of receiving the dual-channel kit; he sent me single modules. 2. Here’s the product ID of my RAM: F5-6000J636G16GX1-RS5K. Could anyone confirm if it works with my motherboard? After reviewing the specs, everything seems correct, but the compatibility list doesn’t match. I’m a bit concerned and would really appreciate your advice. Thanks!

The dual channel kit is meant to work together, but compatibility isn't guaranteed. You're trying to run the setup without a GPU and on a 500W power supply—your system isn't booting. If you skip the RAM, it might help, but check your power connections first.

This setup won't function properly. It requires more than two RAM modules in a single box. Anyone assuming it's identical is either uninformed or intentionally deceitful.

Many 7000 series processors use memory controllers that don’t reliably reach above 5600MHz, particularly with Samsung B DRAM chips found in your kit. You can adjust the BIOS settings to set the RAM speed between 3000 and 2900, then gradually lower it until stability returns. Since you ordered dual channels but received two single sticks, expect potential issues with EEPROM settings or boot stability. Just a note—this is the situation.
