I received the kit description above. Initially, the XMP profile couldn't run. After updating to Bois, it worked. I performed a BIOS update at my own risk and only after confirming it was safe. Running for 3600 seconds showed no issues. My machine is an x570 AsRock Phantom 4 M/B.

I'm using CMW16GX4M2D3600C18 on an MSI B450 Carbon Pro AC with a R5 3600. I've adjusted the RAM settings to 14-16-16-36 at 3600 MHz, and the CPU is running at 4525 MHz. Cooling temps stay under 40°C when idle, 45°C during load, reaching a max of 89°C. I've attached a screenshot from HWinfo.

You can upgrade to the custom build and it includes two 8GB modules of the same model. I’m not sure where I originally came from, but I have units from America that aren’t coming back soon. Can I purchase two of the second model (also 2 x 8GB) for the D version? Also, is it safe to mix them together? The CPU is i5-12400 and the motherboard is Asus Prime B660-PLUS D4.

Corsair lists three sets of pro rgb 3600 cl18 RAM on their site. One model uses CMW16GX4M2C3600C18 timing, another CMW16GX4M2D3600C18, and a third CMW16GX4M2Z3600C18. Most users say it works with AMD boards despite warnings. A known issue is b-die compatibility. Two of the sets are compatible with AMD. You can upgrade your custom build by combining parts from both models—specifically, two units of the CMW16GX4M2 C 3600C18 (8GB each) would work. I’m from America and haven’t traveled there soon, but I’m checking if I can purchase two of the CMW16GX4M2 D 3600C18. Is mixing them allowed? Yes, you should be fine. CPU: i5-12400 Motherboard: Asus Prime B660-PLUS D4
