Unless the key was taken, purchasing it through what appears to be G2A Shield could provide a replacement. If the key is found to be faulty, the Shield can assist as well. It's similar to buying from an individual with a lot of positive reviews and sales on eBay.

I purchased multiple titles there without any issues, though I usually choose their recommended option instead of the shielded one.
