Which one provides the best cooling performance when under heavy load? I'm planning a new build and will be doing 8700k overclocking, using the Corsair Crystal 570x case.

They will be very similar in performance. Corsair generally receives slightly higher ratings, and the fans included seem marginally better. Regardless, their outputs will stay close to each other, as both are 280mm AIOs.

They will behave very much alike. Corsair has slightly more favorable reviews overall, and the fans included seem marginally better. Regardless, their performance differences will stay within a few degrees since both are 280mm AIOs. Also, can I install the 280mm Radtion in front of the Corsair 570x case without taking out the three front RGB fans?

The 280 radiator differs from the 360, especially with your three front fans measuring 120mm. The 280 corresponds to a 140mm fan size, while the 360 is a 120mm model. It's worth verifying if your system supports 140mm mounts—some setups do, others don't.
