I own a motherboard P5q pro with e5450, but it's failing. I've replaced the audio and ethernet connections, and bought another P5q pro with e5460. It has a SATA 3 adapter and a Samsung 860 GB drive. I've overclocked to 3.6 for a stable system with plenty of cooling. The graphics card is an 1070 Ti. I plan to upgrade soon when Intel releases the 10th generation or a new AMD model. The CPU model numbers are inconsistent, yet upgrading to an X5460 would mean your motherboard doesn't recognize it.
