In the last discussion, was anyone using HWinfo downloaded? If not, go ahead and download it, open it, and run your programs as usual. Let everything operate until you notice throttling. Please take photos of the CPU and Motherboard sections and share them here. I'll check the old thread to see if previous troubleshooting steps were tried.
