Comparing a 4-pin and an 8-pin CPU connector is likely not crucial. The Ryzen 5 1600 (65W TDP) will function similarly whether it uses a 4-pin or an 8-pin motherboard, as long as the chipset supports it. Performance differences are minimal unless you have specific compatibility or power requirements.
Typically won't change much, a 4pin can handle over 100 watts (probably just don't quote me), you could get marginally more stability with an 8pin if you're pushing it (still unsure about overclocking a a320m), and even with the Ryzen boost feature there shouldn't be a big difference.
