Hello! I'm excited to create a budget 3D modeling PC. I have several choices: an HP Z600 with Dual Xeon X5675 (12 cores, 24 threads) and a possible RX570 4GB, or an HP Z440 with Xeon E5-1650 or similar 6-core CPU paired with an RX570. My budget allows for these options. I've heard the XT8 platform doesn't support Avx, which affects performance, especially for rendering times. I'm hoping you can share your thoughts on this.

Local Ryzen options are tough to locate, which makes Amd less appealing even though it offers superior value compared to other choices.

They might be difficult to locate, but there are still a few available—go for the one, since both choices you mentioned are quite outdated.
