Hey! You're thinking carefully about the upgrade—great approach. Whether it's worth it depends on your needs and budget. Comparing the i9 9900K to the new 19-10900K will help you decide if the performance boost justifies the cost. Let me know if you want a breakdown!

Do you think you're not utilizing the full potential of your 9900k?

For improved gaming speed, choose the 9900K. It matches most game performances to the 10900K. If you need workstation features, opt for the 5900X.

Sure, I get the performance I need. I also got the RTX 3090, and it's almost here. I was thinking putting in 10,900k would be amazing, but I figured if everyone says no right away, I'll look for another option. Lol.

It's mainly about the 9900k with two extra cores, but that usually doesn't make much difference. A Ryzen 5000 or Intel 11th generation chip would be a better upgrade.

If you only want to spend money without any specific purpose, you might always choose to make everything in your life look like unicorn vomit. Just apply that bright color everywhere. If you're feeling extra stylish, RGBW is an option too. For the sake of everyone, don't take my advice.
