Hello, your TP-Link WR841N router is experiencing random connection drops. Many people suggest the Archer C7, but you're thinking about a Wi-Fi 6 router for the future. Right now you have two devices that work with 802.11n and others with 802.11ac. Would it be worth upgrading to the AX1500 model instead of the C7?

It's a challenge since none of the latest WiFi 6 routers are confirmed future-proof yet. (the details are locked in place) The C7 offers solid performance for the price but is quite outdated now and can't reach the full WiFi 5 speeds when connecting to wired devices. Not everyone requires that level of speed.

For the Archer A9 AC1900, consider upgrading to C7 for better WiFi 5 performance. Evaluate router compatibility before making the switch.
