Considering your setup with ASUS ROG Crosshair Hero VIII and Inno3D RTX 3080 iChill x4, which one would perform better? This rig is ideal for gaming, especially when running AAA titles at full resolution with maximum settings. I’m curious about whether streaming in 1440p would be a good choice or if you might regret the 5600x path. Could having more cores like 5800x make a difference during intense tasks? Or will their value grow as gaming software and demands evolve? Your thoughts are welcome! Thanks ahead. P.S. The 59**x isn’t an option due to budget constraints.

A 5600X works well as it allows using NVENC on the 3080, reducing the CPU's encoding workload.

It comes down to your budget and whether you can cut back on your graphics card. If you have extra funds and it won’t force you to upgrade your GPU, go for it. I believe more titles will use eight cores in the upcoming consoles.

For a typical gaming setup, a 5600X works well for streaming. Since your budget wasn't mentioned, I suggest choosing the 5800X for its additional performance benefits without needing a specific price point.

I'm curious to know if real evaluations existed regarding NVENC's performance.

The 3080's encoder matches that of the RTX 20 series and has received highly positive feedback. The performance is excellent and definitely meets the needs for streaming.

These options share a similar architecture compared to today’s PC AMD models, which could lead to improved multi-core performance. However, opinions may vary.

You're correct, but living in Turkey presents challenges due to limited resources, currency fluctuations, and the declining value of the local currency. The minimum wage here is 2000 TRY. My monthly income is about 7500 TRY. A Big Mac costs around 22 TRY. You can find a 5600x for roughly 3500 TRY and a 5800x for 4500 TRY.
