According to what I understand, the Ryzen 3 3000 series won't work with B450 motherboards (that was my initial idea because I didn’t really require PCIe Gen 4).

WOW this is great news, the thought has been bothering me for days already, thank you very much. I just looked up at their site and it really does support ryzen 3 3300x. I will be ordering the motherboard today.
