When operating at stock settings, everything should work smoothly. Just avoid pushing the hardware beyond its limits.

Thanks for the feedback. I usually avoid pushing components too hard. The 1800x runs at 3900mhz instead of the default, which pairs nicely with the auto tools. I hadn’t intended to use the 3900x version; I thought the base and boost settings already provided sufficient performance.
