Based on my observations, having two dual ranks equals four single ranks when using the same timing and speed. Any significant variation is probably caused by other settings rather than this factor alone.

I'm careful about high speeds or low latency since they depend on the motherboard and BIOS version. It's not completely reliable, even though manufacturers claim otherwise—it's more of a system overclock. Overall, it should still be a solid build, but I can't guarantee 100% performance.

Ryzen 3000 models don’t support quad channel; only Threadripper and higher do. Filling four DIMMs doesn’t match the performance of two slots. AMD confirms up to 3200MHz with four DIMMs, but only 3600MHz for two.

In short, quad channel isn't officially supported yet. But from the graphs you mentioned, it looks like it works as long as you have four DDR4 modules at 3600 MHz or similar, and you can still achieve good performance with four single-rank DIMMs paired with two dual-rank ones.
