No one has tried this before. I haven’t experienced any major problems. The game runs smoothly on my HDD without any slowdowns, even with the Slow HDD setting disabled.

It should still work on the older consoles, though. Running fast through Night City might lead to some issues.

I'm playing from my NVMe drive and from clicking continue in the menu to getting to game takes 5-6 seconds, but honestly I wouldn't expect much more difference than that taking a little longer if playing from HDD.
