It really depends on what you're looking for. In my opinion, it's not worth spending more for one option over another. Right now, a ddr4 3200 cl16 is so affordable that I usually choose it for most things.

3600 CL18 matches the actual delay of 3200 CL16 because they cost the same. Choose the 3600 model for a bit more bandwidth.
