I’m setting up a PC with a Ryzen 3 3100, an Intel 1650 Super, A320M S2H motherboard, a 450W PSU, and a 240SATA SSD. You plan to run GTA V and also play Post Scriptum at resolutions from 720p to 1080p with 1920×1080. You want to use 2666 or 3200 MHz RAM and prefer a low profile for system settings—disabling MSAA, lowering water quality, and reducing graphics settings to protect the hardware.

They're both extremely affordable. It makes no sense to aim for 2666 in 2020; I'd recommend choosing the 3200 instead. Many platforms currently don't carry 2666, and since it's no longer produced, there aren't any new sources left.

3200, unless you're in unusual locations where prices drop a lot. It doesn't apply... It won't assist.
