No and from what I can tell from enabling it on my system, there really isn't any reason to bother. If there is a performance increase, for now it's only noticeable on benchmarks. For regular use, I have not noticed any difference between ReBAR on and off.

Someone on Reddit suggested it might be necessary for the Tesla M40, but I’m still unsure. The quote says older consumer boards usually don’t support BAR space over 32GB, which the M40 needs. I reviewed a few tutorials and it seems the process isn't that complicated to configure in a Windows 10 setup. For cooling, I'm still unsure whether connecting two 40-millimeter fans directly to the heatsink works well or if using a powerful fan with plastic barriers for airflow is better.
