Which setup are we discussing? The details and requirements matter here.

It should work with a processor of 1 GHz or higher, 1 GB RAM for 32-bit systems, or 2 GB for 64-bit. The system needs 16 GB for 32-bit OS, 20 GB for 64-bit OS, and a graphics card supporting DirectX 9 or newer with WDDM 1.0 driver. The display must be 800x600 resolution.
