Hey there, so I just placed an order for PC gear from Newegg and Amazon. I’m thinking about whether to go with Windows 7 or 8—probably the newer one legally. Also, do you have any recommendations for places other than scam sites to buy it? Thanks!

If you're going to pirate it then you can try both but I don't see any reason not to get 8, you can get rid of the metro interface with a couple of free apps.
