Sorry, I was occupied! Thanks to @PDifolco for the help. The 9800X3D is the top choice for AM5 Gaming CPUs. The 9950X3D offers comparable performance but at a much higher price. You can also include PBO and attempt overclocking the 9800X3D, which would likely surpass the 9950X3D with PBO.
