I'm looking for any details you can share. All multiplayer titles I play work well with SLI and give me a 60 to 80 FPS boost with two GTX 1080 graphics cards. However, my SLI setup failed. I'm also curious about the FPS gains from switching from a Ryzen 5 to a Ryzen 9. Right now, GPUs seem overpriced and not very reliable—performance doesn<|pad|>, they're just poor quality. I can get 60 more FPS for $269! That's a good deal! It really adds value. On my 60Hz display, I'm seeing 80 to 123 FPS on Destiny 2. Not great, but it's better than nothing. I'm aiming for a solid 120 FPS on SLI, which would push it to 140 to 180 FPS. I'm tired of losing to opponents due to frame drops.

I’m not sure if the E model performs equally well, but it doesn’t mention it. However, a review I found suggests the E model shares this issue—PCIe slots appear identical. Overall, while it’s more expensive, further investigation into the BIOS is needed regarding CPU voltages and auto-setting. Setting it up without careful handling can be problematic, especially with the GPU removal process. For now, I wouldn’t suggest this board unless ASUS addresses these concerns. The PCIe slot problem could be a dealbreaker. Also, be cautious with voltage settings if you’re using a Ryzen CPU—mix-ups can cause damage. The good news is both PCIe ports are protected, which is a big plus compared to the Asus ROG Strix 550 XE or E models. The cost is fair between the two options!
