Regarding the comparison with the 5800X, I’m uncertain if it will significantly outperform it. It features a 12-core design offering more threads, but its 65W TDP means power consumption is reduced at the cost of base and boost speeds. Consequently, the 5800X is likely to outperform it in single-threaded tasks, and possibly remain competitive in multicore scenarios (8 fast or 12 slower cores—benchmarks needed for confirmation).
