I know, I just wanted to let you guys say it without me trying to bias thanks! you have a little typo in the comment itself but not the link
It's redundant to repeat what's already clear, and this has been mentioned many times before
Are you using AM4 or trying something new? x3D offers better performance for gaming, thanks to its cache, as shown in the video: Cyberpunk runs at 10fps higher on 5900x and 5700x3D occasionally reaches 50fps more in Far Cry 5.
I recently discovered AMD's 5700X3D release! I was taken aback since I believed the 5600X3D was the final model, especially given its limited availability. However, I managed to acquire one, which is great news considering the AM4 platform remains upgradeable for gaming at a reasonable cost. Right now I own an AM4 setup: Ryzen 5 5600, RTX 3060, and 32GB 3200Mhz RAM. I'm considering upgrading to a 5700X3D paired with an RX 7800 XT, so I might create a dedicated thread for the build and planning discussions.
The 3060 remains a solid choice for gaming. The 5600 offers a more powerful performance boost.
Long ago I believed upgrading to the 5600 made me stop following tech news since my PC was already sufficient for my needs. However, after some updates, the games I play are experiencing poor FPS again, prompting me to consider an upgrade.
