On the RX 580, the gap between 2600 and 3600 isn't very noticeable. However, if you plan to upgrade to a more powerful GPU aiming for 144fps or higher, the 3600 offers a clear edge over the 2600.

I can achieve 60fps in-game and streaming at 1080p. The issue seems to be either streaming and playing at low resolutions where I still get 60fps, or streaming and playing at higher settings where my stream drops significantly. Even when not streaming, high settings only give me around 50fps (COD: Modern Warfare).
