Noted, there are subtle distinctions between these two motherboards. Which one offers better value? Intel i7 8700 (non K) with RTX 2060 at 2666MHz RAM.

Both options lack a VRM heat sink, making it reasonable to lower the clock speeds on a 6-core i7. Consider investing more in the motherboard.

They're often used for boosting performance, but not always necessary. Your setup might not require them for overclocking.
