You have two choices: the R5 3600 with an Arctic 34 cooler or the R5 3600X with a stock cooler. Both are roughly similar in price. Which one is better? Stability and performance differences depend on your needs—cooling affects stability, while the GPU model impacts gaming speed. The listed specs include a GTX 1070 Ti, MSI B450, and other components that should help you decide based on your use case.

You won’t see much improvement from boosting the 3rd gen Ryzen. I’d opt for the 3600 instead of investing in a cooler, since a noisy build can be fixed by swapping parts. In my experience, it’s manageable. The 34 and DUO are solid choices—no regret there.

The x version gives a bit more performance due to higher binning and factory overclocking—about 5% improvement. It runs cooler and quieter, and you can push it further with a 3600+ cooler. If the prices match, I’d choose the second option.

It performs slightly better than the Ryzen 3600 stock, yet it falls short of the Freezer 34 duo.

3600X paired with Arctic Freezer 34 Esports offers a superior option compared to other choices. Opt for the Ryzen 5 3600X and install the stock cooler in your setup. The differences extend beyond just a larger cooler, as detailed in the comparison link provided.
