Hello, the search feature in Windows 11 has enhanced compared to the older version's streaming setup. Many users are still hesitant about upgrading to Windows 11. What concerns do you have about using it?

AvaFind has improved significantly since Vista. It offers immediate access in nanoseconds to any searched file. While it's outdated, it functions well. Windows search has always been lacking, but using better tools would be easier. I'm currently on Windows 10, and I still face some problems with Windows 11, though searching remains smooth thanks to AvaFind's consistent performance over the years.

Yes, it works much better on Win11. I still rely on Locate32 myself. You can find more info at Locate32 download | SourceForge.net and check out How to use Search correctly on Windows 11 via Windows Central.

I think it’s pretty much the same but I like the windows search as long as you disable suggestions with the tweak @BobVonBob mentioned... WizFile is an INCREDIBLE search app but I don’t use it much because as far as I know there aren’t any great ways to integrate it into the OS.
