It seems both options would behave alike, but NVENC might be slightly easier on the CPU since Intel Quick Sync would utilize part of your GPU. This could lead to higher temperatures and more CPU workload. I recommend sticking with NVENC unless you encounter issues, then consider switching to QuickSync if needed.
