I believe rendering R20 offers a good sense of its performance and compatibility. For OC3D, the 2700X maintains a slight advantage over the 3600, but this gap narrows once the system is updated. Even if his workloads are single-threaded, I’d recommend the newer 3600.

Based on your experience, Daz3d using NVIDIA iRay will process all available cores, and single-threaded speed isn't a major concern.
