what is up 2 and yes I want more fps because I don't see the usefulness of nvidia reflex and I don't know if it has a real impact on fps type gameplay

cod runs best on amd gpus, but you're looking for the highest fps. Nvidia offers features to optimize performance—check those settings if you want top results. Since you won’t use it much, an amd gpu should suffice.
