Hello everyone,
I'm facing a choice regarding which AIO CLC model to replace my antekuker H20 920. The options are the NZXT Kraken X41 and the Swiftech H140-x. Both are nearly priced similarly, just about 5 USD apart in my area. Could you help decide which is better? Thank you!

But what about the cooling efficiency? Which one would outperform the others? And could any of the two match the legendary noctua nh d14?
Yes, I’d prefer EKWB brand, but sadly, no computer stores in the Philippines sell EK products except their custom liquid cooling kits. They also don’t carry a 140 rad model.
I’m in agreement about the more user-friendly fittings and the sleek appearance of the EK Predator. It’s absolutely cool and straightforward.
Performance should be similar, just a 1-2°C difference. Swiftech might be quieter too.
At low RPM, Swiftech would likely perform better.

Swiftech stands out for its superior quality.
It is constructed using parts commonly found in custom loops. You can later enhance it or replace components with ease.
The most suitable kits are offered by EK.

it remains superior in terms of quality for block, pump, and radiator

Swiftech outperforms CLC. It's quieter and cooler. If space allows, think about the h220x (2x120) and h240x (2x140).

i'm also considering reliability since the kraken offers a six-year warranty, whereas swiftech provides only three years

Neutr1n0 :
Swiftech is superior to CLC. It's cooler and quieter. If you have space, think about h220x (2x120) and h240x (2x140). This will nearly double the cost. For CPU only, a 140mm radius provides sufficient heat dissipation. If you go for the 240 model, I recommend EK Predator. It has a much cleaner design and only requires 2 cables instead of 4 on Swiftech's version. Plus, it offers better connections and more convenient fits.
😉

I'm also considering reliability since the kraken offers a 6-year warranty, whereas the swiftech only has 3 years. Don't worry about that. The only component that might fail is the pump (and the fans too, but that's not a big deal). If it lasts a year, it should probably last longer than the one on NZXT. It's a much better quality part. Even if it eventually fails, you can just replace it. On NZXT or similar brands like arctic and corsair, you can't do that.

Yes, I’d prefer EKWB brand, though sadly none of the computer stores in the Philippines carry EK products except for their custom liquid cooling kits. They also don’t have a 140mm radius available.

I agree with your thoughts on the more convenient connections and the sleek appearance of the EK Predator, it’s absolutely awesome and straightforward.
