Absolutely, that's interesting. I thought it was mainly for tracking FPS in real time. It can also tell you the minimum frame rates.

You can assign a key on your keyboard to begin or halt a benchmark. In a game, pressing this key starts capturing your gameplay and calculating frames—min/max/average. Pressing it again ends the benchmark and stores the data in a text file.
