I owned a solid machine a couple of years back (HP Pavilion, i5-6300HQ, 16GB RAM, GTX 960M 4GB, 128GB SSD), but it just stopped working after a year. The keyboard was bad, the hinges were loose, and the speakers would cut out. If you need to move it around, go for durability over specs—just within limits.

These models fit well together. If your budget permits just one of the two you mentioned, I recommend the 7100U. However, if the 4210U offers superior build quality and you can stretch your budget for extra RAM, that’s a solid choice too.
