I just tried fixing it, but it’s still not working. Do you have any ideas on how to proceed?

The core count might be restricted in the BIOS or Windows settings. If resetting the BIOS didn’t resolve the issue, let’s examine Windows. Open msconfig, navigate to the "Boot" section, and press the Advanced Options button. You should see the information you’re looking for. Is there a CPU limit displayed in the top left corner?

I've completed the BIOS reset already and attempted to flash it once more using the new chip. The outcome remains unchanged, so I'm continuing to work on finding a solution.

Open the Number of processors box in msconfig. This section isn't meant to be selected. It restricts your CPU to just 2 cores and 4 threads (4 logical processors). Once you remove that setting, restart Windows so it can detect all available cores and threads. Issue resolved.

Great news! It functions flawlessly and restores all settings to 6 core with 12 threads.
