Budget for a board? and as i said, if you're waiting for zen 3, then wait and check what cpu you'll use and buy a board then and not now.

Well for b550 i would look for the strix f which is decent, and the aorus pro and the tomahawk and the a pro, and those are all pretty good. as for x570, the tomahawk and the tuf are pretty good and the x570 aorus elite is as well, the x570 taichi is good, but at that price i would honestly look for something like a unify. But yea i would wait first and check what cpu you'll run and buy a board then and not now.
