I understand there are superior options such as the MSI Tomahawk, but currently only these models are accessible in my region. I’m eager to upgrade my bricked motherboard—my cousin accidentally dropped it while I was cleaning up the system T_T.

Yes, you should be able to run it. The R9 3950X supports stock CPUs, so as long as your motherboard is compatible, it should work fine.
