Intel seems likely to lead due to Sapphire Rapids' capacity for eight connections, while Xeon 8490H offers 60 cores or 120 threads, making an eight-socket setup feasible at 480 cores or 960 threads. AMD Genya is limited to just two sockets, totaling 192 cores or 384 threads.
