Compare 1080p and 1440p in terms of resolution and clarity.
For those with both conditions, you'll likely observe a significant contrast between the options. The extra expense might be worth it if it improves your quality of life.
I don't agree. A solid 1080P display is superior to a mediocre 1440P one. People like Linus believe 21:9 will become the next dominant format after 1080P. 4K looks unnecessary for screens smaller than 40 inches.
The BenQ XL2720Z 27-inch 1080p display is currently discounted, and I'm weighing whether to purchase it now or hold off until next year for a higher-resolution option.
For a 27-inch display, I recommend 1440p resolution. The 1080p monitors I own aren’t ideal. I’m thinking about upgrading to 1440p or purchasing 24-inch 1080p models soon.
It seems you're planning to wait until next year for updates on IPS 144Hz monitors. Hopefully, there'll be new information soon! Thanks for your tips and support!
