Hi.
Details: rtx EVGA 2060 graphics card, Ryzen 7 3800x processor, MSI X570 gaming plus motherboard, Cx750M Corsair power adapter, Hyper x DDR4 X4 memory sticks.
I installed it in a new case but didn’t take a photo before removing it. After plugging it in and turning on the power supply, the case switch remains inactive. Here’s a snapshot:

Note: it seems the power supply isn’t lighting up. The adapter appears to lack a built-in fan that should activate when powered. Interestingly, my TV still detects HDMI when connected to the GPU port.

I saw you have the Green Label CX from Corsair, maybe it's time to completely replace your setup. The fans are also in the wrong orientation, that's for sure. If you're still using a breadboard, try placing two RAM sticks in slots A2 and B2. Connect the +ve and -ve power pins directly to the board instead of using the case switch.

Thanks for the reply. I understand the fans are acting sluggishly and it might be better to proceed. Should we also connect the positive and negative power pins?

I jumped my psu to check if that was the issue. The psu fan began working. I moved all my stuff into the old case to see if the new case's power button caused the problem. Now it won’t start in the old case either. I made a mistake earlier by plugging the gpu into the cpu power. Do you think I damaged my mobo?

Specs: rtx EVGA 2060 gpu, ryzen 7 3800x cpu, msi x570 gaming plus mb, cx750m corsair power supply, hyper x ddr4 x4 stick.
I moved everything from my old case to the new one, but I accidentally connected my GPU extension and the other side to the CPU power plug on my MB. The PSU works fine; I tested it. After removing all components from the new case, I put it back in the old one, assuming the power button might be faulty, though the old case didn’t start either. Can I check the motherboard to see if it’s still working? Is it broken?

Hi, I moved all my stuff to a new case. I got the same MB I had before (a used one) and installed everything. It stops at the dram light. I reset the CMOS by removing the battery for a few minutes and putting it back in, but nothing changed. I’ve tried each memory stick in the first slot and a couple in the second (I haven’t checked all slots with sticks, 16GB each). The memory is compatible since it’s the same type. I’m wondering what else I can do besides upgrading the BIOS? Here are the specs:

CPU - Ryzen 7
MB MSI x570 gaming plus mpg
GPU - RTX EVGA 2060
PSU - CX750M Corsair
Hyper X Fury 16GB DDR4
Firecuda M2 slot
Barracuda hybrid
Firecuda SSD
