Reviewed CSM settings, confirmed it was active. Attempted to disable and found no effect. Tested various configurations: 2060 with PCIe1 and TV Tuner in PCIe3 succeeded; 2060 with PCIe1, TV Tuner in PCIe4 succeeded, and X550 with PCIe5 succeeded. 2060 with PCIe1, TV Tuner in PCIe3 and X550 in PCIe5 failed. It appears the TV card has issues with PCIe2 and PCIe4.

I’m planning to take out my GT 710 with the x1 connector and run it through those connectors to check for any problems with the motherboard slots.
