Common issues with game performance
Sony and Microsoft often act this way. I’m craving some naughty Dog experiences on PC right now. God bless... maybe we’re not ready for such a stunning game yet. We haven’t progressed far enough.
They keep being exclusive to Sony while I haven’t heard any PC game updates, and what’s the $14k question?
They commissioned FlOw, Flower, and Journey from Sony since the agreement required three titles. After launching Journey, they launched a crowdfunding campaign. They raised $14K and indicated plans to support development across additional platforms, likely including PC. They express a preference against Microsoft.
They don’t seem to offer genuine high-quality support. I’m looking for a solid triple A rating, even if it’s available on multiple platforms.
They operate with a limited design group; we’ll observe their work. Their capabilities are restricted, so the artistic vision of Journey stemmed from their lack of resources and budget for a highly realistic game.

One of the most bothersome issues is when developers repeat the same error multiple times. For instance, FarCry 3 and 4 both suffer from the same mouse acceleration mistake. The PC version includes this annoying feature, which leads to significant lag and forces you to manually adjust settings in the file. That’s frustrating. Bugs that prevent progressing through the game are particularly irritating. Wait, didn’t the developers test thoroughly before release? Probably not. So, how many of you have experienced a problem with Batman Arkham Origins? At launch, there was a glitch where entering a required vent blocked advancement. Eventually, they patched it, but in the meantime others had to rely on alternative workarounds. Using a workaround instead of fixing the issue. Another bothersome bug I faced was the stuttering in BF4, which occurred every ten seconds. Fixing it was as simple as changing Origin settings. That’s really annoying. Tearing and stuttering are just extremely painful. It’s been a consistent problem, but hopefully future monitors with higher refresh rates will help. I’m hoping for a monitor with at least 120Hz or better, preferably 1440p, maybe even OLED for its slim design and excellent contrast. That would solve the issue completely.
