I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. To run the command prompt as administrator, I encounter this issue. I've tried various tutorials, but nothing works. The commands like sfc /scannow and Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth don't resolve it. Anyone can assist me?

I changed from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
If you did the internal upgrade, it's recommended to reinstall Windows 11 by making a bootable USB after setting up the upgrade. This helps avoid issues with corrupted OS files, drivers, or data.
