When launching Windows, you notice a command prompt for Net Command appears frequently over the past few months. No clear reason is known. Assistance would be welcome if possible.

Review the startup activity in Task Manager and examine the Startup tab. Investigate the entries there to determine your needs.

Task manager > Startup, check which processes are launching. A screenshot or image of this command might help.
