I see your concern about mixing metals, but nickel plating is a different approach. It offers a similar appearance to copper while providing comparable performance. If you choose a nickel-plated CPU and GPU, it doesn’t necessarily affect the benefits of a copper-based radiator.

Nickel coating on aluminum makes it suitable for soldering to copper. This technique is widely used in cooling fins. A nickel-plated brass offers excellent quality.

Nickel and copper work well together, but avoid adding aluminum to the mix.
