I went shopping for some new RAM modules today, matching the same capacity and speed. I noticed I might have missed adjusting the speeds beforehand. Should I combine the new PNY sticks with the existing T-Force ones? The latency for both is 16, so it seems safe, but I want to be sure.

It should function properly. The quickest options will match the slowest ones in speed.

Perhaps? The best way to confirm is by testing. From what I've seen, working between any two kits in the ~3200 CL16 speed bin usually has an 80% chance of success at XMP, about 15% with stability, and roughly 5% issues with stock units. This applies even if they match the same model number, meaning it's not a worse chance just because they're different models.

It functioned perfectly without any adjustments needed. The system detected the new RAM right away, and after a few reboots, everything operated smoothly. Thanks again!
