A little update. I installed a new Motherboard and ram. The issue still persists. I'm at a loss. Next I'd point my finger to the PSU, even tho the monitoring programs show it's all working properly.
Update 2. It's been a few months now. The new windows installation resolved the problem for about three days, but then it reappeared. It doesn't seem to affect normal operations much, except for occasional cold boot loops and a launch to bios happening once or twice. Probably just wait until something breaks before making changes.
The problem remains unchanged, hasn't gotten significantly better or worse. I'm upgrading the setup again soon, using a z690 motherboard with a 13700k RAM. I'll check if the issue persists. Over the past 2-3 years I've also installed one SSD and replaced the RAM entirely, but the problem continues.
Update 4. The faulty unit was PSU, it fell into the date range of the faulty hx1200i-s produced between the 30th and 41st weeks of 2020 (July to early October). Serial numbers range from 2030XXXX to 2041XXXX. Fortunately, the RMA remains valid, and a replacement HX1500i is being sent. Hope this assists someone in the future.
